1. Agreement
By purchasing or redeeming any Beauti Instinct promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals:
• Aged 18 and above
• Legally emancipated minors
• Those with verified parental or guardian consent
3. Entitlement
Each customer may purchase one of each promotional item.
4. Validity
• Promotions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Customers are responsible for tracking validity. Expired or unused sessions will not be refunded.
5. Appointments
All services are strictly by appointment only.

1. Pay a $200 fully redeemable deposit to enjoy 60% OFF.
2. The $200 will be offset after the 60% discount against your total bill after treatment.

Note: Your first visit includes a skin consultation. If this exceeds 30 minutes, treatment may be rescheduled to another day to allow thorough assessment.
6. Medical Conditions
You must disclose any existing skin or medical conditions, including but not limited to:
• Eczema, psoriasis, rosacea
• Cystic acne, highly sensitive, or allergy-prone skin
• Diagnosed skin disorders
• Current use of medications or chemical skincare products
A doctor’s note may be requested. If you proceed against professional advice, Beauti Instinct will not be held liable for adverse effects.
7. Restrictions
All promotions are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed skin unsuitability (see Clause 8).
8. Package Transfer (Due to Skin Unsuitability)
If your skin is assessed as unsuitable for treatment:
• The package may be transferred to another person.
• You are responsible for all transfer arrangements.
• Notify Beauti Instinct once finalised so records can be updated.
9. Cancellation & Arrival
• Arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in 1 session being deducted from your package (starting with the highest-value session).
• Late arrivals may require rescheduling, and 1 session may be deducted.
10. Disclaimer
By using our services, you acknowledge your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Beauti Instinct is not liable for any:
• Loss, damage, or adverse reactions resulting from our services
• Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any promotion, in part or in full, without prior notice.
