Promotion Terms & Conditions

 1. Validity:
   - This promotion is valid for six months from the date of purchase.

 2. Restrictions:
   - This promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for other services or products, and non-refundable. It is valid while supplies last.

 3. Redemption Limit:
   - Each promotional offer within this campaign can be redeemed only once per customer.

 4. Appointments:
   - Appointments are required for all services.
   - Kindly contact us at +65 8418 4133 to schedule an appointment after your purchase.
   - Your first appointment will be a free consultation with a skin assessment to determine treatment suitability.
   - Redemption of each promotion is subject to appointment availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that available appointment slots may occur after the upcoming Chinese New Year.

 5. Cancellation Policy: A $50 cancellation fee applies for:
   - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
   - No-shows for more than three appointments.
 
6. Medical Conditions:
   - Individuals with eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, cystic acne, highly sensitive skin, allergies, or other skin conditions, and/or those on any medications must declare their condition(s) and provide a doctor's letter before proceeding with treatment.
   - Failure to comply may result in the refusal of treatment at Beauti Instinct's discretion.
   - Beauti Instinct is not liable for any issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
 
7. Package Gifting:
   - If your skin is deemed unsuitable for treatment, you may gift the package to another party after authorization by Beauti Instinct.
   - Gifting arrangements are the responsibility of the original purchaser. Beauti Instinct will not assist with the gifting process.
 
8. Eligibility:
   - You must be at least 18 years old, an emancipated minor, or have legal parental/guardian consent to participate in this promotion.
 
9. Disclaimer:
   - You acknowledge that using our services is your own decision after careful consideration and due diligence.
   - You agree that Beauti Instinct is not responsible for any claims arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
 
10. Agreement:
   - By purchasing this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
   - Beauti Instinct reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
